NexaGuard Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NexaGuard Inc., we want every client to be confident in their subscription. Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully transparent for all users and enterprise customers.
Free Trial

All new NexaGuard CMP subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.

No payment is required during the trial period.

You may cancel at any time during the trial, and you will not be charged.
Monthly Subscriptions

After the free trial, monthly subscribers are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for monthly subscription payments after the free trial ends.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions

After the free trial, annual subscribers are billed for the full year in advance.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but your service will remain active until the end of your subscription term.

Annual subscription renewals are also non-refundable, but we will always notify you by email before renewal.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

To request a refund (if eligible), please email [email protected] with your account details and refund request.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Additional Information

No refunds are provided for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

No refunds are available after the free trial for monthly subscriptions or after 14 days for annual subscriptions.

If you downgrade your subscription, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
