Where We Work

  • Work anywhere in any country we can legally employ or contract.
  • NYC HQ coworking suite (open badge access).
  • Optional local coworking stipend up to $300 /mo.

When We Meet

  • Quarterly “NXG Week” off-sites (NYC, Dubai, or rotating hub) – travel & hotel covered.
  • Client kick-offs or security audits as needed (< 4 trips per year typical).

Core Collaboration Hours

  • 14:00 – 18:00 UTC to keep hand-offs smooth across US/EU/Asia.
  • Outside those hours, async culture via Linear, Slack and Loom.

Equipment & Support

  • $1 000 one-time home-office setup stipend.
  • Annual refresh allowance for chair, monitor or noise-cancelling headset.
