NexaGuard CMP – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines acceptable and unacceptable use of NexaGuard CMP’s Services. By using our Services, you agree to this AUP.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use NexaGuard CMP to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Send spam, phishing, bulk unsolicited messages, or marketing without proper consent.
Store, publish, or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, data, or systems.
Disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of NexaGuard CMP or others’ use of it.
Engage in scraping, mining, or automated data collection not authorized by NexaGuard CMP.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
2. Data Privacy & Compliance
You must not use NexaGuard CMP to process or store personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
You must obtain all necessary consents and comply with all privacy notices and legal requirements for your data subjects.
3. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
We reserve the right to investigate, remove content, and report illegal activities to authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to [email protected].
5. Changes to AUP
We may update this AUP as needed. Material changes will be posted on our website.
